I`m researching my mothers side of the family tree, my nanna was Elizabeth White, her mother was Emily, when her father died all the boys were sent to Barnados and the girls were sent to work in service at Lilleshall were records of servent kept? Ta! |

I,m wondering does anyone remember a air raid shelter in a garden near to Jubilee Avenue, Donnington. My friend Mrs Roden, lives there, the shelter is at the bottom of her garden, this joins onto The Pine Colonel furniture store. Please email me, thanks |

I have recently attended a Parish Council Meeting and was impressed with Cllr Cindy Mason's energy and knowledge.
We spoke breifly and my eldest daughter (14yrs) is showing an interest in local politics, Cindy has encouraged young people 2 get involved |
